  These invisible cities reside in the card catalog in the meeting room of the Copper Queen Public Library in Bisbee, Arizona. They were added to the catalog between 1985 and 1991. As far as I know the books do not exist, but I would not be shocked to find one or two of them buried in this library somewhere.
