Here's another thing that's gone. It's just a configuration of bones, a supposition of how we thought they might be combined. Maybe I should prefer to write of what remains instead but it appears that I am drawn to evidence of what was here before and is no longer. Everything is a leftover, future lover, and what comes next is built up on what was just here yesterday. Our new dinosaurs make a little more sense than the ones before.
